Talent Scouting

When we launched in 2019, we adopted a “no unsolicited submissions” policy because we wanted to ensure we would only work with people we genuinely believed in.

As we (and our clients) continue to grow, we’re spending less time online scouting for undiscovered digital talent and more time behind the scenes working hard to serve our current roster. That’s why, as of March 2023, we’ve decided to enable submissions to ensure we’ve got our eyes on the right talent.

If you’re a digital content creator (or an actor/artist/dancer with a significant online presence) seeking management representation, please fill out the form on this page with as much detail as possible and we will get in touch within 60 days if we think it’s a good fit. (*)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Original content with a steady engagement rate higher than 6%

  • Minimum of +50K followers on Instagram AND minimum of +200K followers on TikTok

  • Multi-hyphenate talent with passions that go above and beyond social media
