What’s the difference between joining the talent list and being under management?
Our management clients are under exclusive 360 representation. This essentially means we handle every aspect of their careers and work side by side to help them achieve their professional goals within the entertainment industry. Our talent list, on the other hand, is a larger network of people we do not represent but work with on a case-by-case basis when a specific opportunity comes along.
What happens after I submit?
You’ll be automatically added to our list once your response is recorded. No need to follow up!
When will I hear from you?
You will only hear from us when and if we have an opportunity for you or if additional info (such as insights, sizing, etc) is needed in order for us to pitch you for a job.
Am I allowed to join other talent lists or seek representation elsewhere after joining this list?
Of course. The talent list is not a contract nor a legally binding document and it does not subject you to exclusivity.
How do you calculate my rates and how much do you take?
If we have a campaign for you, we will try our best to reach out with a fair offer that aligns with your following, your engagement, and the rates you provided when filling out this form. You’re always allowed to pass on an offer that isn’t a good fit, no hard feelings. If you do end up doing it, our commission for non-exclusive talent is 25%.
Do I need to have a certain number of followers to join this list?
Nope! Everybody’s welcome.
